Assess the security and compliance of client firms against regulatory and industry requirements and standards, and against security best practice frameworks. Conduct technical testing for payment applications, validating technical controls for compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Secure Software framework standard. Provide guidance to various financial companies about application architecture, software security and software development.

As part of our Blue Team, at the heart of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you will participate in identifying abnormal behavior or vulnerabilities to protect our customers’ information systems. Conduct initial analysis of alerts from IT security and other information systems, detect anomalies and attack patterns, and support your team in protecting the information systems of our customer base by identifying abnormal behavior.

As a Security Engineer II, you will manage client's SIEM, Log Management Platform, and Data Analytical Tool. You will collaborate with the Cyderes Team to identify and align business and IT objectives, address security and operational challenges, provide recommendations, and assess current and future IT security needs. You will manage, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot technology solutions via ticketing; completing customer-initiated requests within the established SLAs.
